If not then when? Wait what? (I procrastinated on editing this yesterday, so here it is today...) She points out that most people procrastinate by doing tasks that require a lot of focus. I for one have cleaned out the "junk draw" in my kitchen rather than do the art work for a deadline. As my Aunt Bev says, "everybody has a junk draw," so don't pretend. However, if laziness is not the reason, then laziness is just the excuse.
